Yes. Our formula is simple, natural, and made for reactive skin over 60. It is just three plant oils: Cyperus Rotundus Oil, Clove Oil, and a soothing Olive Oil base, with no acids, no harsh solvents, and no artificial fillers or added fragrance.

Because it is applied to the skin and not swallowed, it skips the sting of the acids and brighteners that darkened your skin before. Clove oil is potent, so we recommend a simple patch test on your inner arm first. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have very sensitive skin, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider before use, just to be safe. It is a cosmetic that gently helps the look and feel of the skin over time, not a cure.

Cyperus Rotundus Oil (Cyperus rotundus). A plant oil with reported skin-soothing properties, used in cosmetic formulas to help support softer, slower-looking regrowth and a more even-looking tone on the skin it touches.

Clove Oil (Syzygium aromaticum). Naturally rich in eugenol, known for its calming, soothing feel on irritated skin.

How long until I see a difference?
Gentle works by consistency, not force. Many people notice the skin feels softer and calmer within the first couple of weeks. How do I use it?
A few drops rubbed into clean, dry underarm skin twice a day, ideally in the morning and after your evening shower or shave. A little goes a long way. Do a simple patch test on your inner arm first.

Will a gentle oil just sit on top and do nothing?
Gentle is not the same as weak. The acids that burned before worked by stripping, and on thin mature skin stripping causes the very irritation that makes more pigment. This calms and conditions instead, which is why it can be used twice a day without the sting.

Will it make me sweat, smell, or stain, and does it replace my deodorant?
It is not a deodorant and does not replace yours. Used as a few drops rubbed fully in, it absorbs into the skin. Apply it after shaving or showering and let it settle before you dress.

I have shaved for fifty years, can this really help, and what if the cause is internal?
It will not undo fifty years overnight, and it makes no medical claims. If you and your doctor believe the darkening may have an internal cause, please keep that conversation with your doctor. This is only a cosmetic that gently helps how the skin looks and feels over time.

Some oils make more hair grow. Will this?
Reviews of this oil category report the opposite for many people, softer and slower-looking regrowth over time. It does not remove hair permanently and does not work like laser. It cosmetically softens and slows, so there is less coarse-stubble shadow.
